Milton Keynes Ice Rink
We worked with Milton Keynes Council to investigate the best location for a replacement for the existing rink in the city. Having completed this study, we then undertook a business case study to examine management and income and expenditure models. This information was used to inform planning decisions for Central Milton Keynes
Chatteris Leisure Facilities Feasibility Study
Chatteris Town Council were keen to develop leisure facilities in the town. We undertook extensive consultation to identify what was needed in the town, and carried out an options appraisal to select the most appropriate site. Using the information gathered we assisted them in the appointment of architects to deliver the first phase of development
