Redefining markets
The George Amey Centre were facing severe budgetary cutbacks. We worked with the management of the centre to examine their staffing structure, marketing, income and expenditure plans to come up with a new action plan to take them forwards in a way that would attract new markets whilst protecting the core one and ensure their long term viability.
Developing a Communication Strategy
We undertook an audit of all of the Age Concern groups and organisations in the East of England to ascertain their current and future communication requirements, including IT capacity.
